- Your Lesson is based on 55 minutes with 5 minutes to debrief to go over your progress.
- Please be courteous and respectful to have a positive learning environment.
- Abusive and aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated. Lesson(s) can be discontinued at the discretion of the instructor.
- Even if you have months or years of experience there may be bad habits or taught incorrectly by friends and families that need to be addressed and corrected to drive safely and meet ICBC road test marking criteria. So be prepared to be CRITICIZED to correct your mistakes; thus the reason you are here seeking professional instructions.
- Driving Skill sets needs to be achieved at least 80 percent or better, to gain the best possible outcome on the ICBC road test. All dangerous actions & traffic violations will be an automatic FAIL.
- During your training, our instructor will advise you:
- If more training is required.
- If you are ready for the road test.
- Not ready for the road test.
Cancellation Policy :
In the case of canceling an appointment already scheduled, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel the appointment lesson for a full refund. Please note that no refund will be issued if cancellation requests are submitted within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Should the student wish to reschedule a missed appointment, the following applies:
➢ Any cancellation notice received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to a $40.00 rescheduling fee.
➢ Any cancellation notice received less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment date and time is subject to full payment of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
➢ Students who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be responsible for the full amount of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
➢ Should the student fail to possess their original, valid driver’s license at the time of their scheduled appointment, the appointment will be cancelled and subject to full payment of the appointment as the rescheduling fee.
