How do I schedule my driving lessons?
You can schedule with us and provide your information for us in three ways:
1. Email us at info@novadriving.ca
2. Text us at 604-446-5956
3. Visit our pricing page, select a package, fill out our online registration form, and submit your information.
Do you provide pickup and drop-off for lessons?
Yes, for your convenience, our instructors can pick you up and drop you off at your home or other location within our service areas. This door-to-door service saves you time and hassle.
5. Do you provide road test booking?
Yes, for an additional charge, we can handle booking your ICBC road test for you to make the process smooth and convenient. Let us take care of scheduling, so you can focus on preparing for your test (signed ICBC waiver required).
How far in advance do I need to cancel an individual driving lesson to get a full refund?
You need to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled lesson time to receive a full refund for an individual lesson. Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund. Please provide us with 2 days notice for cancellations.
What if I was not able to attend class , do I get charged for my missed lesson or get a late cancellation charge?
You miss the class and it is non-refundable, you will still be charged.
